Forapolis can provide a neutral service for the administration of a forum's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) data.

We can also provide guidance on how to design a process and a tool for collecting, storing and disseminating IPR disclosure data and assist in the operation of that process. An example of how IPR data may be managed is shown by the ETSI IPR application

Legal services

Forapolis has access to the 2 ETSI in-house lawyers who are able to provide rapid and general legal advice that may be used to assist partners. Under French legal regulations they are unfortunately not allowed to provide direct, formal guidance to partners. Forapolis does however have a number of partners in various jurisdictions that they are able to recommend to provide direct legal guidance.
