Financial Management
Forapolis will establish and coordinate management of accounts and contracts, and create an efficient process for handling of financial transactions, including: - Establishment of a financial database for book-keeping purposes.
- Establishment and handling of forum bank account(s).
- Payment of authorized invoices.
- Regular financial reporting to allow the forum to manage its budget.
The service is not intended to include budgeting, auditing, official annual reporting and tax matters. However, Forapolis can co-ordinate with professional service providers (e.g. accountants) and the authorities on these matters.
Document Management
Forapolis staff can provide guidance on how to establish an effective document management process and assist in the implementation and operation of that process. We can:
- Coordinate the editing, production, distribution, archiving, and maintenance of all forum working documents and specifications.
- Maintain and coordinate all forum documents and records, including membership records, mailing lists, accounting records, meeting documents, or any other kind of forum information deemed appropriate to maintain and archive, in various ways, including web and DVD distribution.
