Organization & Logistics

Forapolis is able to plan, organize and coordinate all of the logistics for the forum meetings, both large and small, anywhere in the world. This service as necessary includes meeting site selection and contracting, pre-registration (via web or otherwise) and on-site registration, logistics during meetings, room allocation and audio/visual service contracting.


Reporting & Secretarial Services

Forapolis staff can provide guidance and support on how to effectively organize the work processes prior to, during and after meetings of working groups. This guidance extends not only to physical meetings, but also to virtual (electronic) and hybrid physical/virtual meetings and typically would include:

  • Assisting the chairman in producing the agenda.
  • Dealing with document allocation.
  • Taking the minutes and preparing a draft report.
  • Tracking actions and decisions.
  • Handling and tracking liaisons with other bodies.
